Our Story

Kaizen Adult Education Center (KAEC) is the brainchild of Teacher Doms, who created it in 2024. Teacher Doms recognized the need for accessible and high-quality adult education among Filipino adults. He believes that most Filipinos lack the opportunity to upgrade their skills, hence, they also lack the opportunity to do jobs that can help them increase their earnings.

For example, if Filipinos knew how to do email marketing, graphics design, and other freelancing jobs, they would have options to work from the comfort of their homes. This is especially true for those who find it hard to work outside (like hard-working mothers, seniors, etc.). Many of us need to learn some skills and then we can monetize those skills. Meaning, we can make money using our skills!
